Having trained with a Global FTSE recruitment group, Janette has over ten years’ experience working in Talent Acquisition, Career Management and specialist technical appointments. She has developed an enviable client portfolio, recruiting across the globe for specialist technical recruitment companies in the UK & Ireland, Australia & New Zealand. As a seasoned recruiter Janette has extensive exposure to the full life cycle of engineering & technical appointments.
She has developed key strategic partnerships and is a firm believer in building long term and professional relationships.
Prior to establishing Energis Global, Janette managed the successful launch of an International O&G division within a global recruitment business, delivering resource solutions to both on & off-shore Oil & Gas client base, recruiting for positions from Technician to Director level.
Having trained with a FTSE listed global recruiter where he fast tracked to management level, Aidan has spent the last 10 years working with senior talent in the specialist and niche recruitment arenas.
Throughout this period Aidan has held the positions of Associate Director with a leading independent business, successfully building it’s team of specialist recruiters, and Head of Operations - specialist appointments, with a high profile international recruitment group, where he built a multi-site
operation, and established its international Oil, Gas and Maritime division delivering to the Scandinavian, Asian, and Caspian markets.
Aidan’s attention to quality and detail, complimented by his strategic approach and expertise has seen him develop and lead end to end talent management programs for organisations throughout Europe, Middle East, Asia and Canada, focusing predominately on niche appointments from entry to board level.
